Job summary

Liebherr-America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all daily warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment. You will optimize ERP/WMS usage, develop staffing plans, and drive continuous improvement across Receiving, Warehouse, and Shipping.

The role requires experience in warehousing leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet customer deadlines and budget targets.

Qualifications

Associates/Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in warehousing or distribution.
2+ years in supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

Oversees ERP/WMS use for transactions and inventory movements.
Balances daily workflow with Warehouse Supervisors to optimize throughput.
Maintains safety culture and OSHA compliance across operations.
Manages inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance analysis.
Implements cost reduction and efficiency initiatives while maintaining service quality.
Generates KPIs for on-time shipping, accuracy, productivity and safety.
