Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily receiving, picking, and cycle counting in a one-shift warehouse. You will lead Department Leads and a team of about 22, ensuring material availability for orders.

You’ll handle management-level data reporting and ERP work, coordinating with IT and operations leaders to meet performance targets. This full-time role requires a 40+ hour work week, with occasional Saturdays, and reports to the facility General Manager.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor degree required.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience managing direct reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a one shift warehouse.
• Supervise Department Leads and 22 total staff.
• Monitor picking accuracy and inventory reporting.
• Coordinate ERP/WMS connectivity and IT issues.
• Strive for 95% on-time delivery to internal customers.
• Achieve 99.92% picking accuracy.
• Manage forklift fleet service and repairs.
• Oversee CDL drivers and routes for material pickups/drop-offs.
