Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in warehousing or distribution with budgeting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and KPI achievement.
• Manage inventory integrity and security policies.
• Lead and develop direct reports; plan budgets and financial results.
• Partner with safety, HR, and engineering on productivity programs.
• Monitor throughput, capacity planning, and cost controls.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; implement process improvements.
