Job summary

You will manage a team, drive accuracy, and ensure on-time order fulfillment across branches. The role collaborates with Customer Service and Fabrication teams to meet delivery timelines while overseeing freight, drivers, and transportation safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with transportation logistics, drivers, or fleet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and material handling.
• Supervising and developing warehouse employees while setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Auditing incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinating with Customer Service and Fabrication teams to support customer orders and delivery timelines.
