Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Ability to work with other departments to maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance.
• Oversee storage, staging, and handling for Storage Buy transactions and audits.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Enforce safety programs and OSHA compliance; train associates in SOPs.
