Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations at our Fort Myers location.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, assisting the Receiving Supervisor with freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs. The role emphasizes safe, efficient distribution, inventory control, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to advance as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure productive shipping and receiving.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to maintain proper staffing and meet deadlines.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety programs; communicate repairs as needed.
• Ensure inventory control, accurate warehousing records, and proper product staging.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and resolve discrepancies.
