Job summary

Americase is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations at our Waxahachie, TX facility. You will oversee inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and team coordination to ensure timely delivery.

This role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to support internal and external manufacturing and maintain ERP/WMS data integrity. A background of 5–7 years in warehouse leadership and ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in warehouse management or leadership.
• Establish best practices and accountability for inventory counts.
• Experience overseeing overseas shipments and customs processes.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (MIE Trak, SAP) and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing and inventory processes with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate counts; lead cycle counts and month-end audits.
• Oversee order fulfillment and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and docs.
• Source inventory and manage inter-site transfers.
• Oversee truck loading and prep for shipments.
• Enter and maintain data in ERP/WMS systems.
• Maintain safety, organization, and workspace cleanliness.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to meet delivery goals.
