Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading frontline warehouse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with RF scanning equipment and WMS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Preferred: prior team lead or supervisory experience in a DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates in SOPs and Fanatics values.
• Oversee a team of 10–25 associates, assign tasks and manage workflow.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, with zero defects.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and readiness for fulfillment.
• Utilize WMS and RF scanning for real-time visibility and metrics.
