Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions in Austin, TX, with operations in Kermit and Monahans, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP/CMMS transactions. You will lead a team of warehouse associates and ensure safety, accuracy, and timely processing across locations.

You will drive cycle counts, annual inventories, and 96% accuracy targets, while ensuring material availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Deep understanding of efficient warehousing principles.
• Knowledge of warehouse auditing practices
• 5 years of direct warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems required
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow standardized procedures with some independent judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely issuance of spare parts.
• Refine warehouse processes to support efficient operations and accurate inventory.
• Lead and train warehouse personnel and improvement efforts.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries; transact in Epicor promptly.
• Organize warehouse areas for cleanliness, safety, and accurate counts.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate site and corporate inventory reports and support cost-reduction initiatives with Excel-based data.
• Maintain records of purchase orders and packing slips.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Production and Procurement to support priorities.
