Job summary

Anyseals is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance. You will develop policies, maintain safety standards, manage stock with WMS/ERP, and drive efficiency across a multinational warehouse team.

The role requires strong supervision skills, experience with cycle counts and shipping/receiving workflows, and a proven ability to optimize processes while maintaining high accuracy and customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising, training, or guiding team members and volunteers.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to track inventory.
• Knowledge of cycle counts, barcode scanning, and shipping/receiving workflows.
• Clear verbal and written skills to give instructions and coordinate with management.
• Ability to fix shipping errors, workflow bottlenecks, or inventory mismatches quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to minimize errors in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work through workflow issues or employee conflicts.
• Experience with KPI’s and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Warehouse maintenance and records.
• Work with purchasing to establish supplier reporting.
• Recommendations for warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Improve customer experience.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with WMS/ERP.
• Identify areas for process improvements.
• Produce reports and statistics for management updates.
• Participate in department budget annually.
• Identify cost saving opportunities.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.
• Create a safety program to adhere to OSHA standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
