Job summary

Americase, a Waxahachie, TX based manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and team coordination. You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and safety.

This role emphasizes process leadership and data integrity in ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of warehouse management experience preferred.
• Experience creating accountability for accurate inventory counts.
• Experience overseeing overseas shipments and import/export regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement best-in-class warehousing and inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and lead cycle counts.
• Review orders and prepare products for shipment.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and export documents.
• Source inventory from other Americase locations and manage transfers.
• Oversee truck loading and prepare shipments.
• Enter data in ERP and WMS systems.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team with cross-functional partners.
