Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management is required.
• Eight+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or operations management.
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and forecasting.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring safe, accurate receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize turnover and working capital.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligning supply with demand signals.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Processing Center and Distribution teams.
• Support analysts to align planning with forecasts across suppliers and production.
• Establish KPIs and monitor inventory levels to minimize aging stock.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Manage budgets and resources to meet short and long-term goals.
