Job summary

Burnett Specialists in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control and distribution, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Production Control and Logistics, this role drives improvements, collaborates with multiple centers, and develops KPIs and data‑driven decisions to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership in warehouse/operations.
• Proficient in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with safety, quality, and accuracy.
• Develop and execute inventory management strategy to optimize velocity and working capital.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligning supply with demand signals.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Processing Center and other stakeholders.
• Oversee analysts to align planning with forecasts.
• Create and maintain KPIs to monitor inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Champion data-driven metrics and standard work practices.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff through coaching and performance management.
