Job summary

Friedkin Group seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution center, including accessory inventory processes. You will support launches, changes, and life-cycle management while maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring safety and quality standards.

As a manager, you will guide analytics, KPI creation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to balance supply, demand, and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (required).
• 8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or operations management.
• Proficient in SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related MS apps.
• Driver license valid in state; DL number required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring safe, accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize sales velocity and working capital.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Processing Center, Parts Distribution Center and other stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast alignment, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage budgets, develop training, and ensure safety compliance and quality control.
