Job summary

PLA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Commerce City, CO to lead daily warehouse operations, drive production, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will report to onsite management, manage scheduling, performance, and communications with customers and staff.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and a proven track record in warehousing, with focus on cost control and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Experience in a supervisory/leadership role in warehouse or production.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding production and operational goals.
• Experience with employee scheduling and performance management.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retention of warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and cost-control measures.
• Serve as the main communication link between operations, employees, and customers.
