PLA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Commerce City, CO to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across all functions.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the day-to-day operations of an assigned facility. Reporting to the onsite management team, this position is responsible for overseeing production performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership. What You’ll Be Doing as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Establishes and maintains consistent and proper communication with internal and external management teams.
• Partners with onsite management team to ensure the customer's expectations of the highest level of quality standards and service are achieved.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Reviews and analyzes daily and weekly reports to ensure constant improvement in operations.
• Partners with onsite management team to ensure timely completion and administration of all employment tasks including employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, corrective actions, status changes, separations, attendance, and timely submission of required payroll data.
• Supervises or assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees.
• Works with the onsite management team in administering operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on‑time delivery.
• Serves as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics.
• Provides leadership and guidance to frontline employees. Establishes and communicates goals and objectives. Emphasizes accountability and inspires positive behavior changes.

Physical Requirements:

• This is a physically demanding role in a warehouse/production environment.
• The ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods is required.
• Must be able to move or lift equipment, products, and materials.
• This is a non-climate‑controlled warehouse/production environment.
• You may be exposed to dust, loud noise, and fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold).
• All duties require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
