Job summary

Advancing Eco Agriculture Inc. in Aurora, Colorado is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our 2255 North Pagosa Street facility.

This role oversees daily warehouse operations and drives safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with the supply chain team, support other company warehouses, and assist in shipping, receiving, and production as needed while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems.
• Proven track record in safety management and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with hands-on ability.
• Willingness to work across functions including shipping, receiving, and production during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Safety, Equipment Maintenance, QA/QC, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Support, Shipping, and Receiving operations.
• Enforce safety programs and audits to achieve a zero-incident culture.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and uptime initiatives.
• Direct shipping and receiving to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery while controlling costs.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff and drive continuous improvement via KPIs.
• Support manufacturing operations with timely material flow.
