Job summary

ARMADA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 10-40 hourly staff across Receiving, Picking, and Shipping. You will drive performance, enforce SOPs, and deliver daily shift recap reports to ensure operational objectives are met.

Responsibilities include safety, cycle counting, attendance tracking, and coaching; experience with WMS/TMS and multi-temp warehouse environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• Good communication and leadership abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shift objectives are met and productivity is tracked against KPIs.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards on the warehouse floor.
• Coordinate with Ops and Division Managers on corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, and Cycle Counting activities.
• Provide daily shift handoff and recap reports for continuity.
• Coach staff and manage attendance reporting to HR and managers.
• Ensure proper dock management and floor task assignment.
