Job summary

ADM is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operation Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and safety/compliance. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Coordinate staffing and work assignments to support changing production schedules and customer demand.
• Ensure timely staging and delivery of raw materials to production areas.
• Oversee the movement of finished goods from production to warehouse storage and outbound shipment locations.
• Monitor warehouse organization, housekeeping, and storage practices to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
