Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the building is secured before the end of the shift.
• Create a daily turnover for the next shift; establish workload.
• Inspect container loading.
• Coach employees and provide feedback to drive performance.
• Conduct Shift Start‑Up Meetings and communicate KPI expectations.
• Monitor day‑to‑day operations (receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counts).
• Partner with Ops Manager and Division Manager on corrective action issues.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse operations.
