Job summary

ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions is looking for a Supervisor in East Point, Georgia. The role is responsible for driving performance and accountability among operators, ensuring tasks such as Receiving and Shipping are completed efficiently. You will lead a team of 10-40 employees and ensure standards of warehouse cleanliness and organization are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and accountability through floor presence.
• Ensure daily objectives and tasks are met.
• Provide coaching and progressive counseling to team.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to operate a forklift

Literate in Microsoft Office applications

Thorough Understanding of Warehouse Operations

General Supply Chain knowledge

Education

Preferred Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or 3-5 years of supervisory experience
