Job summary

Armada, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Manager to oversee all receiving and inventory operations at the Armada East warehouse. You will ensure accurate intake, inventory integrity, and safety compliance.

You will lead 5–10 Receiving Associates, monitor inbound shipments, maintain quality control, and use ShipHero and the warehouse system to drive data-based improvements. You’ll partner with the Warehouse Manager to optimize space and processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours daily.
• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed.
• Consistent and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and inbound operations and ensure accuracy.
• Lead a team of 5–10 Receiving Associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Utilize WMS to monitor performance and data.
• Develop SOPs and mentor staff.
