Job summary

ARMADA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a shift on site in Flower Mound, TX. You will drive performance, ensure daily objectives are met, and lead a team of 10–40 hourly employees in Receiving, Picking, Shipping, QA, and Cycle Counting.

The role requires troubleshooting, coaching, and continuous process improvement while maintaining safety standards and effective dock management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years supervisory/related experience.
• Experience leading 10–40 hourly employees preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and warehouse safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building security at end of shift.
• Create daily turnover and establish workload for next shift.
• Communicate container numbers to carriers and review stock outs.
• Maintain daily knowledge of attendance and report to HR/Ops/Division Manager.
• Provide daily shift recap reports to other Supervisors.
• Oversee cycle counts, replenishments, and inventory consolidations.
• Coach employees and pursue corrective actions with management when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety SOPs and dock management processes.
• Lead shift startup meetings and communicate KPI expectations.
