Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site and serve as the frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. This hourly role keeps the floor moving — allocating labor, directing workflow, and ensuring packages reach residents on time.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan, reinforce standards, and coach the team to deliver an outstanding resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics/operations
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for shifts
• Valid driver's license and pass background check

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures and verify security
• Lead daily team meetings and assign duties across drivers and associates
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with independent contractors and onboarding
• Monitor workflow and track performance using Fetch WMS
• Maintain access control and safety on site
• Address customer issues and escalate as needed
• Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Keep a clean, organized work environment
• Serve as on-site point of contact for residents and vendors
• Identify and drive operational improvements
