Job summary

Integra Beauty is seeking a Warehouse Group Leader to oversee daily operations for our Ohio facility. You will supervise staff on receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, and you will work on the floor with the team to ensure accurate, timely processes.

Candidates should have 3–5 years warehouse experience with 2 years in leadership, proficiency with WMS, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in WMS and software such as Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with staff and management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment and enforce 6S, OSHA, and company policies.
• Operational Leadership: Direct daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Team Supervision & Training: Assign tasks, train new hires, and coach on WMS, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Inventory & Accuracy: Audit inbound/outbound shipments and perform cycle counts.
• Workflow Optimization: Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing/workflows to meet productivity goals.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate discrepancies in shipping/receiving and equipment issues.
