Job summary

Integra Beauty is hiring a Warehouse Group Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise a team, and ensure safe, accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods at our Ohio facility. You’ll work on the floor with the team, bridge management and staff, and coach for peak performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with 2 years in leadership, familiarity with WMS, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to operate forklifts.

Qualifications

3–5 years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in WMS and software such as Excel and Outlook.
Capability to operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance: Enforce 6S and OSHA compliance; train staff on safety and procedures.
Operational Leadership: Direct daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Team Supervision & Training: Assign tasks and coach staff on WMS and company procedures.
Inventory & Accuracy: Audit inbound/outbound shipments and perform cycle counts.
Workflow Optimization: Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing/workflows to meet targets.
Problem Resolution: Investigate discrepancies and equipment issues.
