Job summary

Integra Beauty, with its HQ in Dania Beach and offices in Ohio, seeks an Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee dispatch, packing, and shipping in our Ohio warehouse. Lead a team to pick, pack, fulfill, and ship to customers worldwide, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of leadership experience in warehousing, deep knowledge of outbound shipping processes and WMS, and strong carrier coordination skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in business or related field.
• 5-7 years experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and counsel staff to improve performance.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of outbound shipping, parcel and LTL routing, and WMS.
• Carrier management and logistics optimization expertise.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Spanish and English bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety initiatives in the warehouse to promote safety and compliance.
• Plans and directs daily outbound fulfillment, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitors and optimizes outbound shipping efficiency and fulfillment metrics.
• Coordinates with carriers and logistics partners for pickups and delays.
• Organizes schedules and workload of staff; conducts performance evaluations.
• Oversees packing room workflows, dock operations, and outbound loading.
• Determines labor needs to meet production goals and assists with budget prep.
