Job summary

Integra Beauty Inc, with Ohio offices, seeks an Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee dispatch, packing, and shipping in our warehouse. You will lead a team of associates to pick, pack, fulfill, and ship orders worldwide, while training and evaluating staff to maximize accuracy and on‑time dispatch.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of outbound shipping and carrier management, and experience with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (Preferred).
• 5–7 years experience (Preferred).
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills; ability to coach and counsel staff.
• Extensive knowledge of outbound shipping processes, carrier management, and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety initiatives in the warehouse to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
• Plans, organizes, and directs daily outbound fulfillment, order picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Monitors and optimizes outbound shipping efficiency and order fulfillment metrics.
• Coordinates with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve transit delays.
• Oversees staff schedules and performance evaluations; conducts coaching.
• Assists with budget preparation for the operations unit and updates policies.
