Job summary

Integra Beauty in Ohio is seeking an Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee dispatch, packing, and shipping for global customers. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, schedule daily fulfillment, and ensure safety and accuracy in every order.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to optimize carrier pickups and cut-off times while maintaining cost efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 5-7 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong coaching and staff development abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of outbound shipping, parcel and LTL routing, and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety initiatives in the warehouse and ensures policy compliance.
• Plans daily outbound fulfillment, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitors shipping efficiency, fulfillment metrics, and carrier cut-offs.
• Coordinates with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups.
• Oversees staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Maintains training for warehouse staff and handles disciplinary matters.
• Oversees packing, staging, dock operations, and outbound loading.
• Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
• Assists with budget and operations policy updates.
