Job summary

Integra Beauty seeks a Warehouse Group Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations in Groveport, OH. The role ensures safe receiving, storage, and shipping, while guiding staff and addressing issues on the floor.

You will oversee picking, packing, inventory checks, and KPI-driven workflow improvements, using WMS, Excel, and Outlook. The position requires 3–5 years warehousing experience with at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

Safety & compliance with 6S and OSHA policies.
Experience leading warehouse teams (2+ years).
Proficiency in warehouse systems and MSOffice tools.

Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance: Enforce 6S and OSHA policies in daily activities.
Operational Leadership: Direct shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
Team Supervision & Training: Assign tasks, train new hires, and coach on WMS and procedures.
Inventory & Accuracy: Audit inbound/outbound shipments and perform cycle counts.
Workflow Optimization: Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing to meet goals.
Problem Resolution: Investigate discrepancies and equipment issues.
