Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse leadership roles (3–5 years preferred).
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong computer skills: Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Direct staff, assign tasks, and train new hires on WMS and safety protocols.
• Monitor KPIs, optimize staffing and workflows to meet deadlines.
• Audit inbound/outbound shipments and perform cycle counts for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and equipment issues; resolve customer questions.
