Ideal candidates bring proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse, strong communication skills, and a history of coaching employees to deliver high-quality service and cost-conscious results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a distribution or warehouse setting.
• Ability to train staff and drive performance with accountability.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel for reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection to track operations metrics and productivity.
• Forecast staffing and workload to meet demands and performance targets.
• Prepare and analyze reports to identify process improvements.
• Lead and train staff to meet current and future needs.
• Oversee inbound/outbound warehouse activities and compliance with safety rules.
