URM Stores is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator in Spokane to support Logistics and Customer Service operations, delivering exceptional experiences to Customers and Member-Owners. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to continuous process improvement, ensuring flawless execution and meeting key Supply Chain metrics.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and helping others succeed.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and ordering systems preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with analytical mindset.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or Warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize processes across Customers/Member-Owners, Transportation, and Warehouse.
• Process orders from customers, sales representatives, Purchasing, and Merchandisers.
• Review credit requests in accordance with Credit Policy.
• Prioritize multiple demands and adapt to changing priorities.
• Provide backup support for Fresh Meat weekly ads, pricing, and sales programs.
• Monitor inventory levels for Fresh Meat items daily and weekly.
• Track inbound deliveries to maintain service levels.
• Serve as a liaison between store personnel and URM departments.
• Take on additional responsibilities and special projects.
