URM Stores, Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and customer service operations. You will help deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and Member-Owners while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage systems, process orders, review credit requests, and coordinate with Transportation and Warehouse teams. The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of logistics and ordering systems preferred.
• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or Warehousing is a plus.
• Ability to navigate computerized systems for tracking and order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage network applications and systems supporting Customers/Member-Owners, Transportation, and Warehouse Departments.
• Process orders and requests from customers, sales reps, Purchasing, and Merchandisers.
• Review and process customer credit requests per Credit Policy.
• Prioritize demands, manage tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Provide backup support for Fresh Meat weekly ads, sales programs, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels for Fresh Meat pre-order items.
• Track Fresh Meat inbound deliveries daily to maintain service levels.
• Serve as liaison between store personnel and URM departments.
• Take on additional responsibilities and special projects.
