Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 4+ years of warehouse/branch operations management experience.
• Multisite supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy including cycle counts and loss prevention.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
