Job summary

Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a high-velocity fulfillment operation and build leaders for scalable growth. You will bridge strategy and floor execution, driving inventory optimization and on-time delivery across global supply chains.

The role emphasizes strategic analytics, tool development, and talent architecture to elevate performance, with a focus on Radical Candor and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution.
• e-commerce expertise is strongly preferred to navigate our unique pace and customer-centric complexity.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity with a track record of managing large teams.
• Experience leading large-scale operations (50+ team members) across single or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analytics and Tooling Leadership: Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory levels and procurement.
• Tool Development and Management: Oversee and enhance tools like ROB (Replenishment Open to Buy), NPR (New Part number Research), Inventory Control Tower, and Inbound/Freight Optimization for efficient order quantity generation and allocation. Develop new tools required for new business pursuits or advancing current operations.
• Operational Excellence in Analytics: Ensure prompt response to business insights needs and tooling requisitions, adhering to an SLA set response window.
• Monitoring, Reporting, and Performance Management: Continuously monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics. Produce predictive analytics models to support inventory metrics.
• Ad Hoc Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions, supporting the inventory management team with data and tools.
