Job summary

Spreetail is expanding and seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a high-velocity fulfillment operation. You will partner with global supply chain leaders to balance strategy with floor-level execution and speed to market.

You will guide inventory optimization using advanced analytics, build leadership teams, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites to support rapid growth and seasonal peaks.

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; e-commerce expertise strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5+ years in a leadership capacity with strategic planning and execution.
  • Track record of leading large-scale operations (50+ team members) across single or multi-site environments.
  • Expert-level skill in identifying and onboarding top talent to raise team capabilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Radical Candor and direct, actionable feedback across all levels.

  • Oversee tools like ROB, NPR, Inventory Control Tower, and Inbound/Freight Optimization for efficient order quantity generation and allocation.
  • Ensure prompt response to business insights needs and tooling requisitions within SLA.
  • Monitor inventory levels and develop predictive analytics for key metrics 1+ years in advance.
  • Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions and explain drivers of data and metrics.

Spreetail is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in our warehouse to be a primary architect of our fulfillment growth. This isn't just about moving boxes; it’s about building leaders and teams of leaders. You will lead a high-velocity operation, relentlessly pushing the boundaries of order transit time, delivery quality, and accuracy. As a key partner to our global supply chain leadership, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and floor-level execution to ensure we stay ahead of the e-commerce curve.

How you will achieve success:
  • Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory levels and procurement.
  • Oversee and enhance tools like ROB (Replenishment Open to Buy), NPR (New Part number Research), Inventory Control Tower, and Inbound/Freight Optimization for efficient order quantity generation and allocation. Develop new tools required for new business pursuits or advancing current operations.
  • Ensure prompt response to business insights needs and tooling requisitions, adhering to a n SLA set response window.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics. Work to produce predictive analytics models that the reporting teams can utilize to support key inventory metrics 1+ years in advance (COH, Receipts, OOS, Inventory Turn, Lost Sales, Allocation %, etc.).
  • Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions, supporting the inventory management team with necessary data and tools. Ensure the analysis explains business drivers ($s) vs. count metrics.
What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Multiple years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution;e-commerce expertise is strongly preferred to navigate our unique pace and customer-centric complexity.
  • A minimum of 5+ years in a leadership capacity, with a demonstrated ability to transition from tactical oversight to high-level strategic planning and execution.
  • A track record of successfully leading large-scale operations (headcounts of50+ team members) across single or multi-site environments, maintaining operational integrity during rapid growth and seasonal peaks.
  • Expert-level skill in identifying, assessing, and onboarding "Bar Raising" talent. You have a disciplined approach to recruitment that ensures every hire elevates the existing team’s capabilities.
  • A demonstrated commitment toRadical Candor - the ability to provide and solicit direct, actionable feedback (both constructive and reinforcing) across all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing complex labor and capacity models to balance fluctuating global inbound freight with rigorous, on-time outbound shipping expectations.
  • A history of building and protecting a high-performance culture rooted in "Extreme Ownership", transparency, and a safety-first mindset.

$80,000 - $105,000 a year

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year to $105,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
