Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to architect fulfillment growth in our Las Vegas warehouse. You will design analytics models and tooling to optimize inventory, procurement, and inbound freight, while leading a 50+ person team across potential multi-site operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and rapid, scalable improvements. You will drive predictive analytics for key metrics and ensure timely, SLA-bound responses to business insights needs, shaping the future

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership roles within high-volume fulfillment or distribution.
• Experience guiding large teams (50+ headcount) across single or multiple sites.
• Proven track record in building scalable inventory and procurement tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics models and tooling to optimize inventory levels and procurement.
• Oversee and enhance tools for replenishment, part numbers, and inbound freight.
• Ensure timely insights delivery within SLA and support key inventory metrics.
• Develop predictive analytics to support planning 1+ years ahead.
• Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions.
