Job summary

The Friedkin Group seeks a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at our Houston distribution center. You will drive inventory control, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with multiple departments and suppliers.

You will implement data-driven metrics, optimize workflows, and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to meet staffing and budget goals. A strong SAP background and 8+ years of leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or operations management.
• Proficient in SAP or other warehouse management systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and execute inventory management strategies to maximize working capital.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligning supply with demand signals.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Processing Center, Parts Distribution Center, and suppliers.
• Lead analysts to align planning with forecasts and lead times.
• Create KPIs to monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
