Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome in Houston is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Houston transit warehouse. You will own warehouse operations, inventory management, procurement, material planning, project staging, and staff performance.

The right candidate combines operational leadership with strategy: anticipate material and capacity needs, improve systems, control costs, and ensure installation crews have materials on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations or supply chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading warehouse staff and daily performance.
• Ability to read design plans or project plan sets.
• Experience with purchasing, vendor management, BOMs, inventory control.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and ownership, urgency, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse operations from receiving to material distribution.
• Develop and execute warehouse/materials strategy.
• Lead warehouse staff and ensure safety, accuracy, deadlines.
• Forecast material needs from schedules and documents.
• Ensure materials are ordered, received, verified, staged.
• Manage inventory levels, reorder points, POs, cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Scheduling, Design, Service, Installation.
• Communicate risks and provide status updates.
