Job summary

Liquidity Services, based in Garland, TX, is seeking a General Manager, Warehouse, to lead the distribution center with a focus on safety, service, quality, and profitability.

You will drive analytics, optimize processes, manage recruitment and training, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet growth and customer objectives. This full-time on-site role demands leadership of large teams and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in progressive warehouse/logistics leadership, incl. 5+ years in a senior management role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, compliant work environment per OSHA and policy.
• Analyze KPIs, identify root causes, and measure impact of changes.
• Develop scalable processes, reporting tools, and capacity plans.
• Lead recruitment, training, and retention of warehouse personnel.
• Ensure security of facilities, inventory, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory via cycle counts and inventories.
• Oversee facility maintenance, layout optimization, and equipment.
• Plan labor/resources using forecasts and budgets; align teams cross-functionally.
• Achieve site profitability and manage budgets and capital planning.
