• External candidates: Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises a productive warehouse operations team through hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversees daily activities of warehouse departments to ensure high service levels, low costs, and quality targets.
• Ensures policies and SOPs are documented, communicated, and trained; maintains standard operations procedures.
