Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience in a team you will manage.
• Internal Mouser candidates: minimum 2 years as Team Lead or Supervisor.
• External candidates: minimum 3 years as supervisor or higher-level management position.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a productive warehouse operations team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manages warehouse systems, resources, and daily activities to ensure high service levels and quality.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards, policies, and SOPs; trains employees accordingly.
• Oversees quality and coaching reports; directs work of 2+ full-time staff; handles hiring and transfers.
• Implements productivity improvements, analyzes activity, and addresses issues like breaks, absences, and out-time.
