Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises a productive warehouse team through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversees daily warehouse activities to ensure service levels, cost control, and quality.
• Ensures SOPs are documented and employees are trained on procedures.
• Plans staffing and supports interview processes; meets turnover goals.
• Tracks quality and productivity metrics and drives process improvements.
• Handles payroll-related tasks, timesheets, and system access.
• Maintains strong inter-department communications for smooth operations.
• Regular attendance is essential.
