Mouser is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop a productive warehouse operations team. You will hire, train, coach, and assess staff, ensuring service levels and quality align with company standards.

You will implement SOPs, monitor performance metrics, and drive efficiency through continuous improvements, while coordinating with management on staffing and performance issues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Internal candidates: minimum 1 year as Lead/Coordinator or 2 years as Mouser employee.
• External candidates: minimum 2 years as supervisor or higher-level management.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and supervises a productive warehouse operations team through hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversees daily warehouse activities to maintain high service levels, low costs, and quality.
• Ensures SOPs and policies are documented and followed; trains employees on standard procedures.
• Directs two or more full-time employees and makes recommendations on transfers, advancements, or terminations.
• Implements quality and productivity metrics and process improvements to boost warehouse efficiency and customer experience.
