• Maintains quality and productivity metrics and implements process improvements.
• Plans labor requirements and assists with interviews.
• Ensures policy compliance and SOP training.
• Manages payroll timesheets and time-off requests; coordinates system access.
• Fosters effective communication with peers and management; leads team.
