Job summary

Mannapov LLC in Boerne, TX seeks a Department Supervisor to lead multiple warehouse production teams in a fast-paced electronics processing environment. You will coach staff, optimize processes, and drive productivity while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will oversee daily operations, develop team members, and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on time. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing teams in production, warehouse, or distribution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience improving productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Office; experience with WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple warehouse production teams.
• Plan daily staffing and workflow to meet production schedules.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure products are processed according to quality standards.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Audit work in progress and completed work for quality and compliance.
• Partner with Operations and IT to resolve system issues and improve processes.
• Analyze production reports and inventory data to identify trends.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development plans.
• Address attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Prepare weekly operational reports for leadership.
