• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or production setting.
• Ability to manage scheduling, performance, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication with leadership, staff, and customers.
• Experience meeting daily/weekly/monthly production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as the main communication link between operations, employees, and customers.
