Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent.
• 4–6 years warehousing/logistics experience with at least 2 years supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 13 combined Warehouse Associates and Drivers.
• Oversee budget, staffing, KPIs and record keeping.
• Resolve customer service and operational issues; implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with upper management to improve service.
• Promote safe work environment; ensure OSHA/DOT compliance and Mohawk safety standards.
• Oversee inventory control, adjustments and cycle counts.
• Ensure fair, equitable treatment of all employees.
