Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the daily Westampton, NJ warehouse operations and drive service improvements. You will manage 13 team members and drivers, oversee budget, staffing, and safety compliance, and coordinate with senior leadership to deliver reliable logistics.

This role emphasizes process improvements, inventory control, and a strong safety culture in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing and/or logistics operations, including a minimum of 2 years supervising employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 13 combined Warehouse Associates and Drivers.
• Oversee and manage operational activities for warehouse location including budget, staffing, KPIs and record keeping
• Resolve customer service issues and operational issues and implement process improvements to ensure effective and smooth-flowing operations of warehouse location
• Work with upper management to coordinate and improve service
• Promote safe work environment through adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations as well as Mohawk Safety polices and Standards. Conduct regular safety meetings
• Oversee inventory control, adjustments and cycle count process
• Ensure all employees are treated in a fair, equitable and consistent manner
